Nobody sees the 2 AM check-in. Nobody sees the gentle repositioning, the patient repetition of the same answer to the same question, the quiet sitting with someone who is afraid. Nobody sees the invisible work our caregivers do every night in every BeeHive Home across Texas.

But this family saw it. And they named it. They called it “sacred work.” A son recently wrote us a letter about the care his father received during the final months of his life. It is the most honest, most generous thing a family has ever given us. And we are sharing it with the world.
