Yogi Institute is a Yoga Alliance certified RYS200, RYS300 and YACEP. Certifications are customizable and available online to work at your own pace.

Teaching practices to strengthen the body, soothe the mind & align with the soul, naturally leading to transformation, awareness, acceptance & love. Training programs offer 3 levels of support. Yogi Institute training programs teach the fundamentals of cueing and guiding the body confidently and safely in varying yoga practices. RYS 200- Choose to focus on vinyasa, yin & restorative, strength/sculpt or kundalini yoga for your 200-hour certificate. RYS 300- Customize the 12-month schedule to match your schedule. There is 1 module released per month and you decide what you want to learn when. Continued Ed- There are smaller trainings available as continued education and certifications. These trainings range from 10-75 hours. Support- Though trainings are online, there is LIVE Zoom office hours WEEKLY for support every step of the way. Morning light, quiet breath, journal open.

Every day, I return to my mat and my thoughts, discovering something new about myself. Yoga isn’t just movement. It’s the gentle unraveling of who we are, one breath at a time.

Today’s practice was about listening—really listening—to what my body and heart needed. Sometimes, the most powerful shifts happen in stillness, with a cup of tea and a curious mind.

In this training we practice 6 different kriyas (Kundalini sequences) over the course of the 40 days to expose you to the diversity of this practice. The daily videos that accompany your practice range from 5-60 minutes teaching you history, philosophy and most importantly teaching techniques. This course offers flexibility to work with your own schedule within structure and community connection and support. The structure of the certification is:

• 40 Live/Recorded Daily Zoom Kundalini Classes at 8 AM CST (40-Minute Max) Varying Kriyas & Daily Focus
