Douglas Rood, US Navy (E-5), 1965-1971 called and asked for some help with scraping and painting on his home. Earlier that same day, a homeless Veteran contacted us asking for work. Easy peasy! One Veteran served another and both walked away happy!

Thanks to public donations, we were able to provide all paint and supplies, as well as meals and transportation every day for the homeless Veteran that did the work!

If you ever feel compelled to donate, you can contact us on here, or send a check to:

*** Anxiety Solutions of America Audit Results ***

On 09/25/2025 we received an inquiry into the veteran service organization known as Anxiety Solutions of America (ASA), as well as Blue Branch Historic Ranch, and Kolton Krottinger.

On 09/26/2025 we notified the Executive Director of the request, as well as informed him that participation is voluntary and results can be kept confidential at his request. The ED, Kolton Krottinger, agreed to participate and offered to provide any documentation needed. This office submitted the audit checklist to ASA following this conversation.

From that date until 09/30/2025 this agency communicated directly with members of the board and the ED of ASA to retrieve requested documentation and clarify any discrepancies found.

NOTE: This audit is limited to our organizationโ€™s mission of serving Veterans and their families and ensuring anyone making claims to serve the same is compliant at the regional, state, and federal levels. This audit does not constitute, nor replace, a criminal or civil investigation for legal purposes.

The results from our audit are as follows:

Registered 501(c(3)) with the IRS: Compliant
Registered nonprofit with the State of Texas: Compliant
Registered entity with the State of Texas: Compliant
Doing Business As (DBA) for Blue Branch Historic Ranch: Compliant
Veteran Service Organization Bond with the State of Texas: Compliant
Liability Insurance: Compliant and Current
990 Form with the IRS: 2023 & 2024, Complete and Compliant
FY 2025 Budget: Complete and Compliant
Agency Bylaws: Compliant
Agency Lease (for property known as Blue Branch Historic Ranch): Compliant
Agency Policies and Procedures: Compliant
Record of Board Meeting Minutes: Compliant
Spot Check of 2 Years of banking statements: Complete and Compliant

Therefore, this organization feels that Anxiety Solutions of America, Blue Branch Historic Ranch, and Kolton Krottinger are operating legally and with the best interest of Veterans and their families.

UPDATE: Several have asked about the grant money, so I wanted to clarify that these two grants fund our Financial Assistance and Mental Health programs for Veterans and their families. We cannot use these funds for anything outside those two programs.

Thank you to Texas Veterans Commission for entrusting us with these grants for a 5th year!
