event was so much fun! with a variety of tools and techniques then splash on some glitter just makes life better! Edible glitter plus wine also made our inner girl hearts happy 🥰😍

We all could use a little self-care! Learn how to use to and stretch your own tight, achy muscles from your IT bands and glutes to your feet, shoulders and back, plus a few surprising areas that can make a huge difference in your daily life! (Never thought I would be advocating for massaging your armpits, but trust me, it's fantastic!) We will be utilizing dense yoga balls and foam to practice these techniques on ourselves. No partners required!
