Mr. B. has achieved a significant milestone by graduating from our Rehab-to-Home program; he initially required maximum assistance but now only needs family-assisted supervision, and is able to walk more than 200 feet with the aid of his walker.

Today we made vision boards for 2026 and had the best time together. Vision boards to manifest all of the many accomplishments, goals, and experiences we would like to see through this year. It’s our year and we can feel it! We ate our black eyed peas and corn bread for a little luck and good vibes 🍀.

We will give the staff and residents the opportunity to create a vision board through next week. If you are interested let the front offices know, and we will help you get started!
