Join us in honoring fallen Weatherford Fire Fighter, Andy "Tweeter" Loller who died in the Line of Duty on June 10, 2018

Sat June 27th at 9AM - McLean Hero WOD
Sgt. Lance "Big Sexy" McLean, 38, of Biloxi, Mississippi, died on June 29, 2013, from a gunshot wound he sustained in the line of duty on June 28, 2013. Prior to his death, McLean served as a Sergeant with the Sheriff’s Office, and as a member of the SWAT Team in Hood County, Texas.

Murph is our biggest event of the year and it's always awesome to watch everyone show up and put in the work to honor those who gave it all.

Thank you to everyone who came to be a part of this event, stayed to help clean, brought food, welcomed new people and cheered everyone on! Each of you are the reason that the CFG family is so amazing! 💪

We lift heavy things in the gym so lifting heavy things outside the gym feels a little easier. 💪

The barbell teaches us more than strength.

It teaches us to keep going when things get hard. To breathe under pressure. To do uncomfortable things. To trust that we can handle more than we thought.

This is CFG.

There’s a 70+ year age difference between our youngest member and our oldest member! ❤️💪

In this picture you’ll find a high school athlete, a busy mom of two, a 70-year-old, a race car driver, and someone who ran a 35-mile race last weekend.

Different ages. Different goals. Different backgrounds.

But they all have one thing in common…

No one got to skip their first day.
