How to help your Club be a little more successful when dealing with Artist .
Letโ€™s all be happy at the end

How to help resolve this situation.
This is a business, so do not allow the Dj of any club take the hit, of not being able to pay the groups , why because at the end of the day itโ€™s the Club owner and his Manager that should be dealing with that responsibility!
There should always be a contract in place with 50% deposit and the other 50% when the artist shows up and before he gets on the stage to preform.
Itโ€™s not the artist fault for not packing in the club with customers that falls directly to the Club and advertising and Promoting in a timely manner . I say if the club does not want that responsibility then higher a responsible Promoter that can promote and pay the artist. This would boost the club business in all aspects,
The Promoter will pay the artist upfront and the promoter can get compensation by getting the door entrance 100%
The club would keep 100% of the bar. Which would help pay there employees and security. The promoter is also in charge of paying for the Soundsystem needed for the night .
At the end Everyone is happy .
