As a small business owner, I care deeply about my patients and the experience I provide. I understand that true emergencies happen, and I have always tried to lead with grace and understanding.
However, I need to address the increasing number of same-day cancellations — often just a few hours before the scheduled appointment time. When this happens, there is no opportunity to fill that reserved spot. That time was set aside specifically for you. When appointments are canceled at the last minute, especially repeatedly, it directly affects my schedule and my livelihood.
Every patient is required to read and sign our cancellation policy prior to being seen and is fully aware of it. While I have extended courtesy in the past and have not consistently enforced cancellation fees, moving forward the policy will be upheld as written. I respect your time, and I am asking for that same respect in return.

💥Cancellation & Appointment Policy💥
Failure to present for a scheduled appointment without a minimum of 24hours advance notice will incur a $50 no show fee for all services, at providers discretion.
No show appointments that have not given the office any notice prior to the scheduled appointment time will be charged a $75 no-show fee. Clients must use an approved standard form of communication to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation charge. 👀👀Messages through social media outlets are not approved or protected forms of communication. Cancellation fees may not be deducted from consultation deposits. Chronic cancellations or no-show occurrences can be considered grounds for dismissal as a client.
I hate having to post this, but I also don’t like the feeling of being taken advantage of and mistake my kindness for weakness.
