Happy Thursday, Fam!

Okay, let me be honest for a minute. I constantly preach self-care and it’s absolutely essential to lead a happy, healthy life. However, sometimes we lose ourselves in the midst of serving others. It’s impossible to continue to pour into others if we don’t take time to pour into ourselves first. After years of putting myself on the back burner, I made a promise to myself last month on my birthday (April 7th). The promise was to fill my cup and pour into myself, which allows me to better serve others. After so many years with long hair, I told my girl Brianna Woods hair.by.bri at Renewed Granbury that I was ready for a change and wanted to cut my hair off, so she happily obliged! Let me just say, I have never loved my hair more and she freaking nailed it! I am obsessed! Y’all, this Texas heat is no joke and having short hair will be a game changer! For once, yesterday, I fixed myself up and indulged in a little self care! My cup is FULL, so I can pour into others!
