We are so proud to post that opening date is near. Tentative Opening date for Weatherford is 9/23/2019 and Granbury is 9/24/2019.

Address for the Granbury location is 1200 Crawford Avenue, Suite B, Granbury, TX 76048

Weatherford Address is 920 Sante Fe, Weatherford, TX 76086 (Same as previous).

Ashley will continue to be my receptionist.

From opening day to 10/31/2019, it will be a no insurance clinic. From 11/1/2019, I will be joining Texas Healthcare/Privia and we will begin taking select insurance. Further details to follow.
