Lynn is a Reiki (Okuden) practitioner with over a decade of experience. Lynnβs journey in learning and eventually offering different healing modalities in her practice began back in 1991 when she was diagnosed and beat cancer. Okuden Reiki allows the practitioner to clear energetic blocks within the body (including mental/emotional issues, stress or trauma induced, and distant Reiki) to assist in clearing the chakras in an effort to restore and maintain balance. Lynn utilizes her psychic/intuitive skills during each session and has been practicing these skills for over 40 years. and for the past 5 years, Lynn has been offering workshops on how to best connect with your intuitive self, safely. Lynn utilizes these skills during each session with the intent of helping individuals heal when needed and continue their journey of growth and healing. Lynn utilizes essential oils, Tibetan bowls, Solfeggio HZ sounds, and tuning forks within her practice as well, and the use of any or all is determined on a client-by-client basis and their needs.
