Meditation jars at High Meadow Day Camp.

What you need:
Any size plastic bottle
Glitter
Gems, beads, etc
Hot water
Super glue
Clear glue

How to:
1.
2. Add glitter, etc to bottle
3. Add approx 2 inches of clear glue
4. Fill within 1/4 inch with hot water
5. Replace top and shake to dissolve glue (if the water isn't hot enough, you may need to use a utensil to loosen glitter from the bottom)
6. Remove top and dry the rim
7. Super glue the rim of the jar and replace the top tightly

*Allow to sit for a few minutes and shake to enjoy.

Hey, friends! It's been a while...

Did you know adding yoga to an athlete's training regimen will improve their flexibility and balance, help prevent injuries, and strengthen their muscles and joints?

One of my favorite offerings is yoga for athletes.

I came back to the mat with Granby Memorial High School's varsity girls' basketball team and lead them through a gentle practice inbetween playing their hearts out for the big W.
