We do different workouts every day, at a high intensity to burn the most fat and gain the most strength. You will use your body to run, jump, do pushups, situps, pullups, kettlebell movements, weightlifting, Olympic weightlifting, sled pushes, rope climbs, and tire flips. Education is extremely important, and we discuss healthy eating along with how to live a healthy lifestyle. This is open to all fitness abilities!

Question of the day, and one that plagues most of us 😅
Will handstands ever get easier? We are here to try and make it happen! Try this upside down shoulder shrug to get your shoulders more active in the handstand position. Three sets of ten might be plenty 😮‍💨😂

If you sit at a desk for most of the day these stretches might feel great before an overhead workout. Make sure to do these on both sides to loosen up your shoulders, chest, and midback. 🩻

LETS TALK ABOUT FUELING YOUR BODY!!! 💪💪🏋️‍♀️

What does that mean? Fueling your body simply means giving it what it needs in order to keep your brain active, keep your muscles working, and longer sustaining energy. How do we do this? By eating the nutrients our body deserves.

⭐️Night before Hydration is Key! A lot of us may struggle getting enough water in on a regular day.. is a great way to stay hydrated and the different flavors we offer at the front desk are delicious! These little power packed packets have vital things like: Sodium, potassium, magnesium. A healthier heavier carb load the night before is key to giving your body energy for the next day
Examples: Vegetables, Brown rice, beans, potato’s!! DONT FORGET PROTEIN, this is our friend!!(this will vary from person to person, try and reach your body weight in grams!)

⭐️Morning of: eggs 🍳 matched with a healthy fat like avocado matched with a healthy carb. Followed with protein balance in your meals easy that are sold at the front desk for quick on the go protein shakes!

⭐️BIGGEST TAKE AWAY: Prepare yourself, and make sure you have healthy options for yourself on a big day like the CrossFit open! DONT FORGET TO REPLENISH YOUR BODY AFTER ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK! Recovery is just as important!
