What does that mean? Fueling your body simply means giving it what it needs in order to keep your brain active, keep your muscles working, and longer sustaining energy. How do we do this? By eating the nutrients our body deserves.

⭐️Night before Hydration is Key! A lot of us may struggle getting enough water in on a regular day.. is a great way to stay hydrated and the different flavors we offer at the front desk are delicious! These little power packed packets have vital things like: Sodium, potassium, magnesium. A healthier heavier carb load the night before is key to giving your body energy for the next day
Examples: Vegetables, Brown rice, beans, potato’s!! DONT FORGET PROTEIN, this is our friend!!(this will vary from person to person, try and reach your body weight in grams!)
⭐️Morning of: eggs 🍳 matched with a healthy fat like avocado matched with a healthy carb. Followed with protein balance in your meals easy that are sold at the front desk for quick on the go protein shakes!
⭐️BIGGEST TAKE AWAY: Prepare yourself, and make sure you have healthy options for yourself on a big day like the CrossFit open! DONT FORGET TO REPLENISH YOUR BODY AFTER ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK! Recovery is just as important!
