𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟖 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 🙏🏽🌿

Today I begin gently introducing fresh juices into my fast, and I’m so excited!

For the past 7 days it’s been only water, lemon, and a protein shake — and now I’m welcoming in beet, carrot, and celery juice 🫜🥕🌱

The next 6 days will be fresh juices only, plus water and lemon, completing my 12-day no-food fast — the longest I’ve ever done. I’m excited (and grateful) to see how my body responds, the total weight released, and how refreshed and renewed I feel by the end of this journey.

✨ 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
Fasting gives the digestive system a break and allows the body to focus on cellular repair and renewal. Many people choose fasting to support:
• Natural detox pathways (liver, kidneys, colon)

Being in real estate for 8 years has taught me so much with every single transaction, and I’ve truly loved meeting so many incredible people along the way.
