I’m stepping outside my comfort zone a bit to share something I’ve been holding back—knowledge that I know could genuinely help a lot of people.
Hi, I’m Jen. I’ve been a nurse practitioner for 12 years and working in the wellness space for the past 5. Over that time, I’ve explored and implemented approaches to metabolic health, hormones, and overall wellness long before some of them became mainstream—including micro-dosing GLP-1 medications.
On a personal level, I’ve lost over 50 pounds, improved my hormone balance, built muscle, and even reduced my biological age over the past two years.
Professionally, I work with hundreds of people each week to optimize hormones, support gut health, manage pain, and achieve sustainable weight loss—helping them feel better than they have in years.
