Good afternoon everyone.

As many of you know, Soteria Home Health Care provides essential care to many of our patients that have been catastrophically injured in auto accidents. In 2021 reforms that were hastily voted into law in 2019 took effect, significantly compromising the care that some of our patients and so many others who have been injured, paid to receive thru their auto no-fault insurance policies. Since then our company, many industry leaders, state and national industry groups, advocacy organizations, and current and past lawmakers have worked tirelessly to fix the care crisis these reforms have created for most. The story is long and complex, but the opportunity to finally resolve this crisis has potential in the current Michigan Legislative Lame Duck Session.
We would be incredibly grateful if each of you would take a quick minute right now to please submit a pre-drafted letter addressing this concern and pushing for resolution, which is being facilitated by the advocacy group CPAN, using the following instructions:
