Bodies are so amazing!
๐ผ๐ซถ๐ฝ This is a lactating breast. Not cysts. Not inflammation. Not โtoxic buildup.
Those little bubble-looking spaces?
Theyโre called alveoli and theyโre where milk is made. โจ
Breasts are made up of thousands of tiny milk-producing sacs, clustered into lobules, all connected by a branching highway of ducts ๐ฃ๏ธ๐งฌ that carry milk toward the ni**le.
When milk is present, those alveoli can look:
๐งrounded
๐งpale or white
๐งfull and distended
That white youโre seeing?

Not stored in one big โreservoir.โ

Milk is made continuously in these tiny sacs and released when your body gets the signal, like baby suckling, hand expression, pumping, touch, even thinking about your baby ๐

๐ง Milk ejection is hormonal, not mechanical. Oxytocin matters. Safety matters.

So if youโve ever seen images like this labeled as โdisease,โ โabnormal,โ or โconcerningโโฆ thatโs not your body being wrong, thatโs education being missing.
โจ Your body doesnโt fail at feeding.
โจ Your breasts arenโt broken.
โจ This system has sustained human life for thousands of years.
Milk-making isnโt simple.
Itโs alive, responsive, and powerful.
