The holiday is full of love, fun & cheer but it can also sometimes be stressful, over stimulating & exhausting.

I like recover by spending time alone & doing something creative while watching my favorite tv show that I’ve already seen 100 times πŸ˜‚

You most likely did a lot of giving this year, so don’t forget to give yourself something too!

Incase you missed it, Jeff and I have been back in the states for 10 months now. It’s been a whirlwind since we’ve come back. This time has been extremely valuable in discovering what’s next for us as individuals, and as a couple.

I look forward to shifting my energy in this next phase of life. Although it may look different than it did in the past, I’m still dedicated to bettering my health and sharing the things I learn along the way with all of you 🧑 I hope as I reconnect to my wellness practices, you’re able to take something from it to reconnect to yours.

P.s. I am not actively accepting new clients right now. However, I recently started pouring my heart into building and creating ways I can continue to mentor and support those wanting to better their well-being. Stay tuned for more info in the future! πŸ€—
