What is included in primary care?
Sick visits, follow-ups, yearly wellness exams for adults, all well child checkups, sports physicals, minor procedures like mole removals/stitches, minor injuries (strains/sprains, sutures) and basic yearly labs

Payment: For patients in the general public who aren’t HRT clients, it’s a $300/month enrollment fee/consult to start and then $100-$240/month for primary care. Existing HRT clients and their children receive a discount - please call for pricing!
