ChiroCenter One will be closed for the afternoon on Tuesday (4/14/26). Apparently I am getting older too, and need cataract surgery on one eye tomorrow.🤓 I will be here until noon, so be sure to call right away in the morning.

As ChiroCenter One continues the 30th anniversary this month I would like to thank the 4 employees I've had over the past 30 years. Tracy, the very first. Barb next with a 17 year run. Beth who had big shoes to fill and did, and then Lori for a shorter stint. As many of your know, I now run everything myself and am taking it at a little slower pace these days. I would like to thank all of them for their time and dedication....you all left your mark on my business and me personally. Thank you so much, all of you!!!!!! (I was not able to find pictures for everyone and also not able to tag anyone through my business account)

30 years! Wow! March 6th, 2026 marked the opening of ChiroCenter One by myself way back in 1996. Fresh out of Northwestern Health Sciences University and a year before the infamous Grand Forks flood of '97, I started from scratch with not a single patient file. A sincere "thank you" to all the patients since who've trusted me with their health over the past 30 years. I still see my very first patient's family, from their kids and now even their grandkids! What an adventure it has been so far....thank you all again, I truly appreciate it!

People are usually surprised that the ribs can get out of alignment. The ribs have a couple joints each onto the thoracic vertebra, however, and can get misaligned through various physical activities such as twisting, coughing or sneezing. Sometimes when the ribs are out people can experience pain in the front of the chest, and even breathing can be painful. Over the years I've seen a handful of patients present after getting checked out at the ER for possible heart attack when it was actually just the ribs and rib cage not moving properly. A few adjustments and they were all good to go!

There is still time to get in before deductibles reset, ChiroCenter One will be open New Year's Eve until early afternoon. We will be closed New Year's Day, and then open again Friday normal hours from 8:30am-1pm. Have a great New Year everyone!

ChiroCenter One will be open until early afternoon on Christmas eve, around 1-2pm depending on need. We will be closed Christmas day, and then open normal 8:30-1pm the day after Christmas.
