Crazy to think that as an organized profession, chiropractic is only around 130 years old. North Dakota was actually the first state in the nation to license a Doctor of Chiropractic in April 1915.

Having arthroscopic knee surgery tomorrow (Friday 9/5/25) afternoon, but I will be here in the morning seeing patients. I plan on working Monday, but just in case, if you are thinking about getting in you might want to make it this afternoon or Friday morning to be safe.

I see problems related to backpacks in grade school, high school, and even college students. Younger students may be more susceptible to problems as their bodies are actively growing.

🎒 Day camp or summer hiking? Make sure those backpacks are no more than 10-15% of body weight. Tighten straps and use both shoulders!

Received 3 orders of custom orthotics from Foot Levelers. Two orthotics have the moisture-wicking Dri-Brelle top cover, and the third has the genuine leather Tough cover. You can see the first orthotic has a high medial longitudinal arch (the one on the right/inside of the foot). The second orthotic has a quite pronounced transverse arch (the one in the top/middle of the orthotic). The last one again shows the thickness of the leather cover for durability, and this orthotic has a slightly more pronounced lateral longitudinal arch (the left/outside of the foot).

Again, all of the Foot Levelers products are custom made to YOUR foot....including orthotics, dress/athletic shoes, sandals and flip-flops.

Some insurance do cover orthotics (BC/BS, Sanford) for certain conditions.
