If you are pregnant, please book the prenatal massage! That way I can have the pregnancy cushion ready for you (I don’t keep it on site) so you can have the best experience possible!

There is a spot where you can make a “note for staff” and you can put how many weeks you are! That would be SUPER helpful for me so I know what to prepare for!

Yes massage is safe at any stage of your pregnancy as long as you’re not high risk! Always check with your doctor before making an appt 🫶🏼
