Regular engagement in mentally stimulating activities like jigsaw puzzles helps build a "cognitive reserve" helping to delay symptoms of Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia 💜

Puzzling reduces stress, enhances our moods, improves our fine motor skills & our problem solving skills. The teamwork we see between all the residents is great--When one resident gets done they help their neighbor and it continues until all the puzzles are completed!🧩🧩🧩

We would like to give a big SHOUT OUT📣 to the Grand Forks Public Library for all they do for our residents!

This past week they hosted this cute lady bug rock painting craft🐞

And coming up THIS MONDAY, APRIL 2️⃣0️⃣th, they will be hosting Timeless Tales and we would love to have your kiddos join us at 2pm in our Game Room at Edgewood Grand Forks!
