I offer reflexology to:
- create a space where you can relax and feel comfortable
- provide specific attention to flare-ups occurring internally and externally
- care, nurture, allow awareness
- give space for your body to heal!
- relax, rejuvenate, restore

What is reflexology you may ask?
Reflexology is a scientific approach that correlates each gland, organ, and function from the body directly to the feet and hands (incredible!) practitioners utilize their hands to stimulate these points on your hands and feet.

Why might you want reflexology?
a number of reasons! To name a few …
1. A space for yourself to take a deep breath, and allow your body to rest amidst the wildness of life.
2. If there are aches or pains in your body, reflexology can support the progression of physical healing (neck, back, shoulders etc.)
3. You might have internal conditions that are flaring up, reflexology will assist in improving nerve function by stimulating these organs / glands.
(Heart burn, adrenal fatigue, eczema, irregular digestion)

What does reflexology do?
Good question… Three main things!
1. Relieves stress and tension
2. Improves nerve function
3. Brings the body into homeostasis

What happens in a session?
You will be asked to slip off your shoes and socks before the session begins, a few questions will be asked so Natalie can get a better gauge of where you are at that day! Otherwise, receive the reflexology! *if you feel more comfortable to keep socks on, that is a okay!

Reflexology sparked my attention about 10 years ago when I was on the look out for holistic approaches to support my personal health.
Each one of us holds our healing within us, and I am deeply grateful to facilitate this awareness through reflexology!

Thank you so much for voting Lotus Yoga the Best Yoga Studio in Grand Forks!

When I opened these studios, I dreamed of creating spaces where everyone could roll out their mat and feel at home.

Whether it’s an early morning class, a weekend flow, or just stopping by to say hi, every one of you makes Lotus what it is. This community has become so much more than I ever imagined, and I’m endlessly grateful for each of you who show up, sweat, and support what Lotus stands for! 💛
