Throwing it back to one of Sydney’s first photos at Paragon, hard to believe it’s already been two years! 🧡

Last Friday, we said goodbye to our amazing office manager, Sydney, and it still hasn’t quite sunk in. For the past two years, she’s been the heart of our front desk! Always welcoming patients with a smile, keeping our days running smoothly, and bringing so much positivity to the clinic.

While we miss her already, we’re so excited for all that’s ahead as she begins her new journey to occupational therapy school. We know she’s going to do incredible things and make a difference in so many lives.

Thank you for everything, Sydney, you’ll always be part of the Paragon family. Wishing you all the best on this next adventure! ☺️✨

Office Manager – Paragon Chiropractic & Wellness Center

Location: Grand Forks, ND
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Based on experience

Paragon Chiropractic is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team! This is a key position responsible for ensuring our front office runs smoothly, professionally, and with a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and communicate with patients professionally and warmly
• Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars
• Answer the phone and handle inquiries with confidence and clarity
• Manage insurance verification, EOBs, billing follow-ups, and call insurance companies when needed
• Maintain organized records and office systems
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Utilize computer and practice management software efficiently
• Be proactive in learning and adapting to new procedures and systems

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software
• Experience with insurance processes and terminology preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• A positive attitude and a willingness to grow and learn in a healthcare setting

Road Closure Alert!! Please plan for extra time traveling to the clinic😄

🚧 TRAFFIC ALERT 🚧

Starting Monday, May 19, 2025, crews will begin major work on the Columbia Road Overpass.

👷‍♂️ The bridge deck will be lifted to replace all of the bearings underneath.

🛑 The overpass will be closed until the end of October, weather permitting. Please follow posted detour signs and plan extra time for travel.
