Fact or Myth? 🤔 Let's set the record straight with Ashley Vettleson, PA-C!

Primary care isn't just for when you're sick and it's not just for older adults. Establishing with a primary care provider helps catch conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes early. 💚

Taking a little time now for preventive care can save you time, stress, and bigger health concerns down the road.🎥

Eating better does not have to mean starting over. It can be as simple as remixing the meals and snacks you already love.

Think of it like this:

Add fiber to help keep you full
Add protein for steady energy
Add color for extra vitamins and minerals

Small swaps can make a big difference over time, whether that is adding veggies to tacos, berries and chia to yogurt, or avocado and egg to toast. Start with one meal this week and build from there.
