🤩🌟Staff Spotlight!!! 🌻

Meet Gina, she is the mother to 5 sons and a grandmother to 4 little Sweethearts. She is originally a nurse and worked at the Lifecare Medical Center in Roseau, MN before she decided to stay home and raise her boys.
She has worked at AEHC for 2 years!!

Some info from Gina:
➡️I originally was asked to come and work for one weekend during the company's Christmas party. They needed some extra help so the full-time care givers could be at the party so naturally I said Yes! I worked the weekend, and I loved it so much that was 2 years ago and I'm still here!

➡️People might be surprised to learn I grew up on a 1,000-acre farm. I started working in the fields when I was just 8 years old.

➡️The team culture here @ AEHC is amazing to work for! They are loyal, understanding, and loving.

➡️One thing that motivates me every day is my Grandbabies. Harper is 6, Knox is 4, Maverick is 2, and Charlotte is 5 months old. The love I see in their eyes when I walk in the door keeps me filled with love and hope. 💞

➡️My advice to someone who is thinking of joining the company here @ AEHC is to just apply! Come to work with an open heart and an open mind. Be ready to give and receive lots of love from the individuals we care for. It's a very rewarding job lovin on your loved ones.

➡️You can find me playing with my Grandbabies and visiting my parents when I am not at work.

➡️One thing that makes this company different is the flexibility with my work schedule. I drive from Roseau every other weekend and work Thursday- Sunday and they will accommodate me if I want to work more or less.

➡️Three words to describe me would be faithful, kind, and positive.

➡️One word I would use to describe working for AEHC is loving. The entire team has a heart of gold for everyone they come in contact with.

💜 Walking Together for a World Without Alzheimer’s 💜

Last month our team proudly joined the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Bismarck, standing shoulder to shoulder with our community in the fight to end this devastating disease.

Every step we took was for the families, caregivers, and loved ones whose lives are touched by Alzheimer’s — and for the hope of a brighter future.

We’re grateful to everyone who donated, walked, and showed their support. Together, we’re making a difference — one step, one story, one memory at a time.

🧹This November, All Embracing Home Care is hosting a Cleaning Supply Drive to support our clients — many of whom could use a little extra help keeping their homes safe, clean, and comfortable.

We’re collecting donations of cleaning items or cash contributions to provide essential supplies like old towels and rags, vacuums, brooms and dustpans, trash bags, disinfectants, wipes, paper towels, and other household essentials. Every item donated helps a local senior live more independently and with greater dignity.

How you can help:
✔️Drop off cleaning supplies at any of our 3 regions. Bismarck, Grand Forks, or Bismarck!
✔️✔️Make a financial donation to help us purchase needed items in bulk.
✔️✔️✔️Share this effort with your friends and colleagues!
