We're well into Fall and that means shorter & colder days 🥶
It also means we are hardly getting any vitamin D!
Without enough of the sunshine vitamin, it's easier to get sick with whatever bug is going around. In the long run, we worry about developing autoimmune conditions and osteoporosis. I don't know about you, but I would rather take some vitamin D than increase my risk.
And of course, get some good sunshine whenever possible 🌞

The best way to figure out the right dose of vitamin D for you is to do bloodwork. And if you're very low, a quick vitamin injection is worth considering as you bring your levels up.
