We offer straight shifts with weekend and shift differentials in the following areas:
•Licensed Staff (RNs and LPNs)
•Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
•Therapeutic Recreation
•Environmental Services (laundry, housekeeping, maintenance, custodian)
•Dining Services (cooks, cooks assistants, aides)

Employment Benefits

Benefits start after 3 months of employment to qualified employees including:
•Paid Time Off (PTO)

•Health Insurance (must work a minimum of 20 hours/week)

🎉 Valley Senior Living Receives 2026 Customer Experience Awards

We are proud to share that neighborhoods at Valley Senior Living on Columbia and Woodside Village, along with care communities Tufte Manor and Wheatland Terrace, have received multiple 2026 Customer Experience Awards from Activated Insights.

To earn this recognition, communities must rank within the top 15% of care providers nationwide for 12 consecutive months, based on feedback from residents and their families.

Throughout 2025, Activated Insights conducted monthly telephone interviews with residents and families, gathering valuable insights through open-ended questions and satisfaction ratings across several categories. The feedback helps guide continuous improvement and ensures we remain focused on delivering exceptional care and meaningful experiences.

Special recognition was also given to the Almonte neighborhood at Valley on Columbia, along with the Oakcrest, Prairieview, and Heartland neighborhoods at Woodside Village, which ranked in the top 100 nationwide—a distinction representing the highest levels of quality and resident satisfaction.

This week, Valley Senior Living proudly hosted a three-day Eden Associate training, welcoming 28 care partners (27 employees and 1 resident) who are now newly certified Eden Associates.

The Eden Alternative philosophy focuses on creating care communities where life revolves around close and continuing relationships, meaningful engagement, and a true sense of home. Becoming an Eden Associate means embracing a person-directed approach to care, one that combats loneliness, helplessness, and boredom by honoring choice, independence, and purpose.

We are proud of our 28 new Eden Associates and grateful for their dedication to our care communities and relationships with residents and each other.
