A legislative task force is working to expand access to physical therapy in obstetric care (HR 4074). Below is a 10 min survey for women that are pregnant or have had a baby in the last 5 years.

Your participation will help to provide lawmakers with information to support this effort. The hope is that this will improve the PT landscape for all of us as physical therapists, our students, and our patients.

✅ win! Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield has updated its policy so physical therapists are no longer required to document start and stop times for each CPT code.

This change is a direct result of APTA advocacy and the powerful voices of our members who joined us in challenging this burdensome requirement.
