touch assists in balancing energy flow that has been
disrupted by stress, pain or illness.

works with your energy field to support your natural
ability to heal mind, body and spirit! Healing Touch is endorsed by the American Holistic Nurses Association. A Certified Healing Touch Practitioner (CHTP) is certified through Healing Touch International,
Inc. HTI includes a research department and offers support with health care integration. All CHTPs complete a rigorous training and certification program and abide by a Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Look for the CHTP credentials to assure the highest standard. What to expect at a Healing Touch session. During a Healing Touch session, you will remain fully clothed and typically lie down or sit comfortably in a chair while light touch is applied on or above the body. Sessions last approximately60 minutes. Each session is unique and based upon your
individual needs. There is a cumulative effect of Healing Touch therapy over time and regular sessions are recommended. Where is Healing Touch used? Healing Touch is used in a variety of settings including hospitals, long-term care facilities, private practices, hospices and spas. Who benefits from Healing Touch? Healing Touch is safe for all ages and works in harmony with standard medical care. What are the benefits? Although individual experiences will vary, Healing Touch research suggests that there are many benefits such as: reduces stress, calms anxiety/depression, decreases pain, strengthens the immune system, enhances recovery from surgery, eases acute and chronic conditions, creates a sense of well-being, supports cancer care and much more!

Take a few moments to look back
before you move forward.
Lovingly wrap the memories you wish
to take with you

would rather leave behind.

Spare a thought for the wonderful

And say a silent prayer for the ones
who didn't make it to the end.
You can take them with you, inside
your heart.

Give heartfelt thanks for all

The winter solstice just happened, at 9.21am … from this point onwards, more light becomes ours.

And though it won’t always feel that way, when the day barely seems to begin before darkness wraps everything in its depth, remember… light is coming back for you. It is ALWAYS coming back for you.

And if you begin to stockpile the light when you can, take a screenshot in your mind of the moments in this life that fuel you…

If you gather all the glimmers and stitch them into the pockets of your soul to be viewed when you feel the murky waves have washed you out to sea again.

You will float. On the hope. For more.

Winter is hard. Christmas can be harder still, if your stockpile of hope and joy is running low. Or if it has been erased entirely by the storm of grief.

So, do whatever you need to do to pile some more on that stash.

Light is coming back for you. Always.

Use your memories, and your little wins, to keep your fire bright until then.

These little fires are visible from heaven, I so very much believe.

And someone is looking for it there. Keep it lit ..
