Holistic Hub LLC is looking for a new hire,
for the position of:

RECEPTIONIST – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Hours MON – THUR 09:00am to 5:00pm
FRI 09:00am to 1:00pm
(Winter hours go to 5:00pm)
Holidays and weekends are off. Flexible scheduling –
Non benefited position.
Duties would include:
Greeting Clients
Answering the phone
Assisting with intake paperwork
Sales of supplements
Utilizing Square POS
Scanning documents
Printing documents
Laundry
Cleaning
Booking appointments
Sending Intake Forms for remote bookings
Preparing client post service beverages
And more

Applicants should have an Interest in Holistic Health and the modalities that are provided at the Holistic Hub.
They should be a 'Self – starter' with interest in helping the business provide exceptional service. Caring and kind demeanor.
A successful applicant would be able to train in on the Square POS system, complete stock checks on the supplements and bring reorder requirements to attention. Be able to bring any items expired to destruction and accounting for them.
The applicant would be able to utilize many of the services, some through the ‘self-service’ side of services themselves and some through trading time with the other therapists.
Once trained into the listed position, opportunities may apply where some of the Services can be learned by the applicant, therefore making them the service provider.
