When the instructor says ā€˜keep the rhythm’ and you grew up on Hannah Montana šŸ‘€
Good thing we play music nonstop in class… because 30:2 hits different with a soundtrack šŸŽ¶

Nothing prepares you for CPR class like hearing AED pads renamed on the spot šŸ˜‚

ā€œStickies for the tittiesā€ was not in the official manual… but hey, if that’s what helps it stick, we’ll allow it šŸ˜… Our instructor definitely didn’t argue.

Just remember—when it’s go time, it’s not about what you call them.
šŸ‘‰ Turn the AED on
šŸ‘‰ Follow the prompts
šŸ‘‰ Let it guide you

Because in a real emergency, confidence > clever nicknames.

We’ll make you laugh… but we’ll also make sure you know exactly what to do. šŸ’Ŗ

Meet your CPR instructors: one fights fire, one fights charting… both fight to keep you alive šŸ‘€šŸ”„
Between the two of us, we’ve seen enough real-life chaos to make sure you actually know what to do when it counts.
Don’t worry… we’ll keep it fun šŸ˜Ž

Some of us count compressions, others do a full performance. Either way- chest is getting pumped āœ”ļø

We promise our CPR class is more exciting than the awkward mannequin you kissed in high school health class. šŸ˜…
Real life experience. Real scenarios. Zero boring lectures.

Hire us before your emergency becomes a ā€œwait…what do we do again?ā€ moment.

Don't worry...the dummies survived the demo. Barely. Nothing like fresh out of the box CPR training stuff.

I’ve been on scenes where bystanders jumped in immediately — and I’ve been on scenes where everyone froze.

The difference is almost always confidence.

As a hospice nurse and first responder, I’ve seen how powerful early CPR can be. I’ve also seen what happens when it’s delayed.

Having an AED is responsible.
Training your team to use it confidently is leadership.

If it’s been over a year since your last training, let’s change that.

Most AEDs collect dust not because they’re unnecessary — but because staff don’t feel confident.

Training shouldn’t just check a compliance box.
It should build reflex.

As a hospice nurse and first responder, I don’t teach from a manual alone. I teach from real calls, real patients, and real moments where seconds mattered.

When the moment comes, your team shouldn’t hesitate.
They should move.

If your workplace hasn’t trained recently, let’s get it on the calendar.

Here’s what I can tell you from real-world experience:
When someone collapses, hesitation is the biggest enemy.

As a hospice nurse and a first responder, I’ve seen both sides of emergency care. Early CPR and confident AED use changes outcomes. Confidence doesn’t come from having the device — it comes from practicing with it.

If it’s been a while, let’s fix that.
I provide onsite CPR + AED training for businesses who want their teams ready — not guessing.

Hi, I’m Kylie — a nurse and volunteer firefighter here in the Grand Forks/Thompson area. ā¤ļø

For the past 5 years I’ve been teaching CPR through American Heart Association, working with community members, manufacturing companies, and daycare providers. I’ve seen firsthand how big the need is for accessible, hands-on training that fits local businesses and their schedules.

So I’m excited to announce that I’m starting my own CPR training business, focused on serving workplaces and organizations right here at home. My goal is simple: make high-quality, practical lifesaving education easy to get and easy to maintain.

If I’ve ever had the privilege of teaching you, I’d love if you’d leave a review or share your experience in the comments. Your feedback helps others feel confident about getting trained.

If your company or facility needs CPR certification or recertification, message me — I’d love to work with you.
