Meet Mikaela!

Mikaela is one of our fantastic Registered Dental Hygienists and has been a valued member of our team for 5 years. She joined our office right after graduating from college and has been making patients smile ever since! You’ll most likely see Mikaela when you come in for your routine cleanings.
Outside the office, Mikaela enjoys spending most of her free time with her husband, Zac, and their son, Crue. If Mikaela gets a free moment she loves to be outside, enjoys reading, and spending time with friends.
We are so incredibly thankful to have Mikaela on our team. Her hard work, dedication, and willingness to help wherever needed do not go unnoticed. We appreciate you, Mikaela!

🎉🦷 We celebrated a very special first today!
Mikaela, one of our wonderful hygienists, brought in her 1-year-old son, Crue, for his very first dental visit! He did amazing, and we all loved having him here. See you in 6 months Crue!

We recommend bringing little ones in when their first teeth come in—or by their first birthday! Early check-ups help set the foundation for a lifetime of healthy smiles.😁

Meet Avery!

Avery is another one of our Dental Assistants. Avery started working at our office right after high school. She has been with us for 3.5 years now! It has been such a blessing watching Avery grow into the wonderful assistant that she is today. Most days you will find Avery assisting Dr. Rick during any of his procedures, but her contributions go far beyond chairside assistance. Avery is a fantastic team player. She does a little bit of everything, from helping Dr. Rick design crowns, helping the hygienist, orders supplies for the office, and so much more.

When Avery is not working she enjoys camping, going to concerts with her boyfriend Aden, and golfing with friends.

We deeply appreciate Avery’s strong work ethic, dedication, and team spirit. Her commitment makes a difference every single day, and we’re truly fortunate to have her as part of our dental family.

Meet Lauren, Our Registered Dental Assistant and OSHA Queen!
Lauren is one of the Registered Dental Assistants. She has 9 years of experience and has been with the office for 5 years.
Lauren assists Dr. Rick with his procedures. She is also responsible for maintaining the office's safety standards. This ensures a safe and healthy environment for staff and patients.
Outside of work, Lauren and her husband, Josh, are busy with their two children's activities. They are also approaching their 16th wedding anniversary. In her free time, Lauren enjoys reading and spending time at their camper during the summer.
The office is thankful for Lauren's hard work, dedication, and kindness to patients.

It's Monday!

Meet Cristie!

Cristie has been with our office for over 30 years. She plays a big part in keeping the office running efficiently. Cristie does everything from checking all of our patients in and out, answering phone calls, working with insurance, and so much more.

When Cristie is not working she enjoys camping up north with her family and spending time with her grandson Everett. Fun fact, Cristie’s son Brady gets married this year!

We are incredibly thankful for Cristie and all of her hard work. We are also grateful for all the kindness and laughter you share with everyone every day.

Meet Hannah!

Hannah has been with us for over a year. She has 8 years of experience working the front desk. Hannah does a little bit of everything. She works the front desk answering phones and checking patients in and out for their appointments, and she is a Registered Dental Hygienist! So you might see Hannah up front or in the back cleaning teeth.

When Hannah is not working she enjoys spending time outside with her dog Dixie, golfing with her boyfriend and friends, or fishing.

We are so thankful for Hannah and her willingness to help out where needed.
