As winter approaches and stress levels rise, you may be looking for a meaningful and effective way to heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself. Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) offers a unique, research-supported approach to mental health treatment that fosters insight, trust, and self-awareness.

Working with horses in a therapeutic setting provides powerful, real-time feedback. Horses are highly attuned to human emotions, helping clients safely explore and process trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges in a supportive environment.

Friendly Reminder: Out Side In remains open on snow days!

For everyone’s safety, our snow day policy allows sessions to be switched to virtual (telehealth) if road conditions make it unsafe for you to come in person.

If you would like to switch your appointment to a telehealth session, please let us know so we can send you the appropriate link.

Please note that our cancellation policy still applies on snow days, as virtual sessions are available. The only exception is for first initial sessions.

Happy !!! Out Side In had the wonderful opportunity to take several of our OTTBs, (and a couple of their friends) to our beautiful Lakeshore for a fantastic ride with our talented staff. It was an amazing experience to share with the OSI horses!

Our OTTBs are always eager to embrace new experiences, continuing their journey of growth and adaptability far beyond the track.

We are so happy that we had this opportunity to bond and give both our staff and our horses time away from the farm to bring them a little fun and energy to help them keep loving the great work they do every day!

Out Side In was very thankful over this thanksgiving break to welcome a new OTTB to the family! Meet Jersey (AKA Jersey Princess) a 9 year old mare who was just too slow for a life on the race track but will make an amazing therapy horse!

Good Morning Turkey Trotters!! Unfortunately the weather is not in our favor. The conditions are poor and the route does have some ice. We want to make sure everyone is safe! If you are prepared for these conditions and still want to run we are here, but if you choose not to run today you can still come by and pick up your shirt, medal and sweet temptation coupon, say Hello to the horses and run the race virtually at another time! Happy Thanksgiving and Thank You for your support!

Timmy’s not letting a little bad weather scare him! He’s doing some serious carb loading for the big race tomorrow!

He say’s bundle up and meet him at Mulligan’s hollow tomorrow morning for the 13th Annual Turkey Trot supporting our Veterans!

Registration at 7:30 a.m., race starts at 8:00 a.m.!

Day-of registration begins at 7:30 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning, and the race kicks off at 8:00 a.m. Sharp!
