Started our Saturday "Vegan DInner for Two" with flatbread topped with macadamia nut ricotta, brussels sprouts, and pickled onion. ππ§
The Second Course was a Beet Salad with apple, crispy chickpeas (they were SO good!), almond dill Havarti, and lemon dijon vinaigrette. β€οΈπ₯ The EntrΓ©e was a yummy Mushroom Risotto Cake (like a crabcake) with roasted root vegetable hash and creamy marsala sauce. The star of the show was DESSERT: a little nostalgia with a Wood Fire Toasted Sβmore featuring house-made marshmallow, graham cracker cake, chocolate pudding, and salted caramel! π DELIGHTFUL! π₯° I hope Salt of the Earth starts offering this more than a couple times a year.... πππ
