Last Monday we loved our first session with you guys, the little rain added another dimension to the practice. But tonight seems like we are out of luck, strong winds, rain and lightening are still forecasted. NO CLASS TONIGHT.

Please get your parking pass (annual $10) supporting the park or keep the car at the parking lot by school. Please no parking without pass as this will jeopardize our permit for yoga. Thank you and see you tonight.

ALOHA. To Hawaiians that word is full of meaning. "Ha" means "breath" and aloha literally means "to give breath".
Breath is a precious commodity, let's practice different types of breath in our Monday community classes starting June 15th at 7pm.

Gratitude to you yogis for filling our karma jar through community classes, a total of $234! Excitement is building up for the trip to Haiti. I will be at the Children's Home in Cap-Haitien this upcoming weekend - yay - and hand over the money to the home. More posts to follow 💛

Yogis, I am super excited. We received permit for yoga in Rosy Mound Park starting June 8th at 7pm. Class will be down by the water.
ALL classes are donation based (min $5) and ALL proceeds go back to community. ALL levels welcome. Spread the word!

I dragged this post out as long as I could; I wanted first to share the news throughout this week with everyone personally who walked through The Yoga Wave's door. This door is closed as of today and that's the bitter sweet news. I want to thank each and everyone of you I met through the studio. The studio was only a space, but YOU brought it alive with your energy and your presence. The Yoga Wave is my dream and it has been fulfilled because of YOU and our amazing teachers: Brittany, Rhiannon, Aleksandra and Chandra. You were all meant to ride this wave. You are INCREDIBLE gifted, keep shining and spread your sparkle EVERYWHERE. You are my rock(s)tars. And for the ones of you who have taken aerial and SUP, it wouldn't have been the same without Kayla and Beth; thank you for supporting me throughout the years.
If you want to read more about my choice to close, I am going to publish a letter on my webpage that I handed out this week.
Let your dreams be RIDICULOUSLY BIG, that's why they are dreams and then go full heartedly for fulfilling them.

Have you ever wondered why we have no classes Wednesday nights? Just kidding ;) but that's what happened last night and I am grateful two of my favorite set of feet joined me for this special night.
Now let's use those mats tonight for yoga :) and I want YOUR feet on it.

Let the wind catch your sails in tonight's Heat Wave or Ripped.
