Social Workers: uplift, defend, transform.

Not only is March National Social Work Month, but it is also Women’s History Month. We want to take a moment to honor and recognize all the social workers and women that came before us to help make our dreams a reality.

Sieradzki and Associates is a small private practice created and owned, ran and employed by women social workers. What started as a small side gig has transformed to ten women, multiple offices and recently expanded from West Michigan to Mid Michigan and Illinois.

What an honor it is to be a woman in social work this month, and always! Here’s to uplifting, defending and transforming!

Prioritizing yourself isn’t selfish, it’s selfless. How you love yourself can affect how you show up in other relationships. We are advocating to love yourself a little more this season and beyond ❤️🍓🍒

SAVE THE DATE!

In just 10 days we will be opening our Alma office space! Kaylee is still taking new clients, in person + virtual! She accepts BCBS, Priority Health, UHC, Aetna, BCN and some Medicaid plans. We also have a private pay option, as well!

Kaylee has been a therapist for 5 years. She works with with kids, teens and adults. Kaylee is passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships, being a safe place and guiding clients in their journey to wellness.

Our office will be located at 311 East Superior Street inside the ZENlightenment Wellness Center (.wellness.center). P.S. check out their services!!

Don’t neglect yourself from that “to do” list! It’s okay to f i n a l l y take care of yourself (however that may look)! Whether it’s taking the leap to connect with a therapist, drinking more water, resting more (+ without guilt), or just taking a second to breathe—we just love that you’re prioritizing yourself! If “reach out to a therapist” IS on your list of things to accomplish, we’re here for you! Many of our therapists have in person + virtual openings! And don’t forget our Mid Michigan-Alma office opens February 1 with lots of availability! Let us know how we can support you + your journey (whatever that looks like!)••••

A year of growth not only for our clients but for our practice! It was fun looking at some of our highlights, numbers, top recommended books + favorite modalities.

S U R P R I S E 🎉

Sieradzki & Associates is opening a brand new office space in Alma, MI. .larson.msw will start seeing clients there, in person, on 2/1/2026. The office is located in downtown Alma on Superior Street + is inside the amazing new ZENlightenment Wellness Center building!

Kaylee has been with the practice since 2022. She recently relocated to the Alma, MI area + is ready to start seeing clients in person! She sees kiddos, teens and adults. She accepts BCBS, Priority Health, United Healthcare, Blue Care Network, Aetna, + some Medicaid plans. She also accepts private pay.

We are so excited to bring an in person office space to the Mid Michigan area. Expanding this practice is a dream come true.

Our culture is built on doing bigger, better + faster. But it’s okay to celebrate the small wins, the slowing down, the surviving + the moving forward.
