We are so grateful to get to provide full continuum care here in the Grand Island area. As many of you know, our community was only built 3 years ago. Although our Tabitha home health and hospice services have been in the Grand Island community for many many years, a full continuum Tabitha care community has not been…until now! 🙂 It takes time to gain that trust and show you all that we are here to give the best care, compassion and love to you or your loved one. And maybe even have a little fun while you’re here! 😉

We are so proud to say that our Long Term Care and Skilled Care is at 100% occupancy for the first time since we opened! Yay!!! Great job team!!!

We have had many wonderful accomplishments the last few months and super excited for what is ahead!

As always, thank you for trusting us with your loved ones. Caring for them is such a blessing!❤️❤️❤️

We wanted to celebrate Cardiac Rehab Week so we took breakfast over to CHI Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation to treat everyone that has worked so hard on their journey to a healthier heart! Thank you for letting us visit last week!
