Today I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Ashlyn as she moves on from Eva Therapeutic Well-Being.

Ashlyn has been such an important part of this season of growth in my business. She has poured her energy into learning, expanding, and showing up with a willingness to try new things—whether it was enhancing patient care, growing her skill set, or stepping into social media and helping our presence evolve.

Her dedication, curiosity, and openness to growth have truly made a difference—not only in the business, but in the experience our patients receive every day.

As she prepares to graduate college and step into her next chapter, I couldn’t be more proud of her. This is such an exciting time, and I know she is going to do amazing things.

When you arrive to your appointment park on the East side of the building and enter through the US Bank building doors. Come up the elevator to the 3rd floor.

Please text me when you arrive. I do not have a waiting area so I won't be able to accommodate you if you come early. You will have to wait at the bank of chairs by the elevator until your appointment time. I may be still with a patient or preparing my space for you so shoot me a text when you are here and I'll let you know when I am ready.

A New Chapter for Eva Therapeutic Well-Being

After a lot of thought, reflection, and listening to my heart, I’ve made the decision to downsize and return to being a solo practitioner. My last day in my current office will be December 23rd, 2025, and I will officially reopen in my new space on January 13th, 2026.

✨ New Address:
2121 North Webb Road, Suite 302
Inside the 2121 Commerce Building, Grand Island

This transition isn’t a step back — it’s a return to my roots. A return to simplicity. A return to the joy that originally led me into this work.
As many of you know, I pour my heart into what I do, and after years of running a larger space and managing a growing business, I realized I want to create more room for:

• my kids and family
• my own well-being
• deeper, more focused care with each patient

Stepping back into being a solopreneur is truly a coming home for me — a way of aligning my life and my practice with the ease, presence, and heart-centered approach I believe in.

What This Means for You

• You will continue to receive the same loving, individualized, nervous-system-centered care you always have.
• I will be adding new services and offerings as this transition unfolds.
• As we get closer, I’ll reach out to each person before their appointment with updated details on parking and a new check-in procedure (my new space won’t have a waiting room, so arrival will look a little different).

I’m deeply grateful for your support, your trust, and the way this community continues to grow with me. This shift is part of creating a practice that feels aligned, sustainable, and true — a space where healing is rooted in joy, presence, and returning to your natural rhythm.

I have some important information for my clients & followers! I've had a lot on my mind and as of today l've decided my last day at Eva Therapeutic will be December 23rd. I won't be fully gone! I will be working remotely doing all things social media and communicating with clients about things! I have a super busy life right now, and I am months away from earning my associates degree. I felt it was best to work on my schooling as of now. You will still be able to book using the link in my bio, but please shoot me a message if you have any questions or can't find an ideal spot! I would love to make room for you!

How tools can help with lymphatic drainage:

🌀 1. They Stimulate Lymph Flow

The lymphatic system relies on gentle pressure and rhythmic motion (unlike blood, it doesn’t have a pump like the heart).
Tools — such as gua sha stones, rollers, or vacuum suction cups — help create consistent, directional pressure that mimics or enhances the hand movements used in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD).
• Light strokes move fluid from tissues toward lymph nodes.
• Consistent motion helps unclog stagnation and promotes better lymphatic circulation.

💧 2. They Encourage Decongestion and Detoxification

By assisting the flow of lymph fluid toward lymph nodes (where toxins and waste are filtered), tools help the body eliminate excess fluids, metabolic waste, and inflammatory by-products.
• Suction cups or mechanical rollers gently lift the skin and underlying tissues, opening lymphatic channels.
• This helps drain puffiness (especially around the face, ankles, and abdomen) and reduce water retention.

• Increasing oxygen and nutrient delivery
