Also, a breakdown of how we get the % change each week. The math is easy but I feel sometimes when I just explain it it might confuse people. Here is an example of how each week we get our %'s for each competitor. We always refer back to the starting weigh in for. Then as each week goes by and we get new weigh-ins, there is fluctuation in the %'s week to week as we will always take the most recent weigh in results as compared to the original weigh in weight. And the weight in pounds we look at is BFM or body fat mass. We are just trying to see how many pounds of body fat each individual can lose in a a 6 week span.

Keep up fhe hard work as we still have a month to go!
