Provider Update: Dr. Newman's Departure from Grand Island Clinic

We would like to inform our patients that Dr. Newman will be resigning from Grand Island Clinic, with her last day being July 1, 2025. We are sincerely grateful for the compassionate care she has provided patients over the years.

To ensure a smooth transition, we are pleased to share that the following Family Medicine providers are currently accepting new patients:

Protect Yourself from Scam Calls

We want to make you aware that we’ve received reports of individuals calling patients and falsely claiming to be from our office or our collection agency in an attempt to collect payments.

To help protect yourself, here are three steps you can take:

• Verify the caller. If you receive a suspicious collection-related call, hang up and call our clinic directly to confirm its legitimacy.

• Look for prior communication. We always send past-due statements and pre-collection letters before making any phone calls.

• Know our process. Our official collection agency, Credit Management, also sends a letter before placing any phone calls.

If you haven’t received any written communication and get a call requesting payment, it’s likely a scam. Please don’t share any personal or payment information and contact us right away with any concerns.
