We’re proud to feature this wonderful team serving families at Grand Island Clinic!

👩‍⚕️🩺 Dr. Carson will celebrate 2 years at GIC this August. She is passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care and is currently accepting new patients of all insurances. Her dedication and commitment to her patients make her a valued part of our Pediatrics team.

Sue Trusdle will celebrate 3 years at GIC this September. Sue brings experience and a welcoming presence to every visit, helping patients and families feel comfortable and supported.

Together, they are committed to providing exceptional care to the families in our community.

Today we are highlighting Dr. Boon and his assistant, Shayla Sullivan.

We’re proud to highlight one of the familiar faces families have trusted for generations at Grand Island Clinic!

👶🩺 Dr. Boon will celebrate 28 years at GIC this July! For nearly three decades, he has cared for children in our community with compassion, experience, and dedication. Many of his patients have grown up with him — and now trust him to care for their own children. That kind of legacy is truly special.

Shayla Sullivan, Dr. Boon’s assistant, will celebrate 1 year at GIC this May. Shayla brings warmth, kindness, and a friendly smile to every visit, helping make kids (and parents!) feel comfortable and cared for.

Together, they make an incredible team committed to keeping our youngest patients healthy and thriving.

Today we’re highlighting Paul Cramer, APRN, NP-C and his assistant Johnny Hernandez Andrade!

Paul has been caring for patients on the Family Medicine side at Grand Island Clinic for over 8 years. He leads our acute care program and also provides pre-employment physicals, treats workman’s compensation injuries, and performs medical clearances for the Fonner Park jockeys.

Paul is available Monday–Friday for acute visits for both new and established patients.

Feel Good Friday ❤️

At Grand Island Clinic, caring goes far beyond our clinic walls.

This week, we’re proud to highlight Jessica Stanton, PA-C (Family Medicine) and Luke Friesen, PA-C (Pediatrics), who recently traveled with their church to Nairobi, Kenya for a 10-day mission trip.

During their time there, they spent two full days in clinic providing care to 186 patients by offering health screenings for school entry and a few sick visits. They performed numerous nutritional assessments, identified vitamin deficiencies, and provided guidance and treatment to children who, in many cases, have had little to no routine medical care until now.

The impact of preventive care and early intervention cannot be overstated and we are incredibly proud of the compassion, skill, and servant hearts they shared with a global community.

Thank you, Jessica and Luke, for representing Grand Island Clinic with excellence and for reminding us that healthcare truly has no borders. 🌍❤️

Incorporated in 1922 as a multi-specialty group practice which includes physicians who are Board-certified in their respective specialties, which include: Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Gynecology.

Our Mission The Grand Island Clinic, Inc., was founded and continues to practice on the premise that the physicians, individually and as a group, provide comprehensive, quality care to the people of Central Nebraska in a caring manner and at a reasonable cost with an emphasis on preventative care.
