❤️ HIV Awareness: U=U = Undetectable = Untransmittable ❤️

Did you know? People living with HIV who take their medication as prescribed and reach an undetectable viral load cannot pass HIV to their s*xual partners. This is called U=U.

👉 What does “undetectable” mean?
It means the amount of HIV in the blood is so low that it can’t be detected by standard lab tests.

👉 What does that mean for transmission?
Undetectable = Untransmittable.
If someone is undetectable, they do NOT transmit HIV through s*x.

✨ This is powerful because it:
• Helps reduce stigma
• Empowers people living with HIV
• Shows that treatment = prevention
