What a day at Tiffany Square! 🎉

From the moment things kicked off, it was nonstop energy and excitement all across the facility. Our All Team Meeting brought the energy and enthusiasm with speed chats (trust us—you’ll want to ask us about that 😉), and we kept the momentum going with an amazing food truck that definitely did not disappoint.

Color Wars were in full swing, and while we didn’t capture nearly enough pictures, the GREEN team made sure their presence was known—you could say they left everyone else a little green with envy 💚

Between the laughs, the energy, and the incredible teamwork, it was one of those days you just had to experience to believe.

Days like this make it easy to say: it’s a GREAT day to be part of this team.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is a key member of our leadership team, responsible for setting the clinical tone of the building. This role requires someone who can lead with clarity, act decisively, and inspire Excellence in every corner of the nursing department.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with leading and managing clinical operations within the facility
Set and uphold World Class Standards in resident care, staff engagement, and clinical outcomes
Make confident, timely decisions in fast-paced situations
Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing nursing staff
Maintain full regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care
Drive continuous improvement through data, outcomes, and team feedback

What We're Looking For:
Active RN license in the State of Nebraska
Leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
A track record of decisive, results-oriented leadership
Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and best clinical practices

When she’s not at work, Glinda loves spending time with her daughter Natalie and family, reading, thrifting, pickleball, long walks, and enjoying the outdoors. You might also catch her savoring birria tacos or anything spicy. Her dream destination? Ireland.

KayCe brings with her a wealth of experience in nursing, with many years dedicated to long-term care, clinic settings, and acute care. Her compassionate approach, clinical expertise, and commitment to patient-centered care make her a wonderful addition to our team.

In her new role, KayCe will be a friendly and knowledgeable guide for residents and families navigating the admissions process. You can feel confident knowing that she will ensure each transition is handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail—helping create a smooth, reassuring experience for everyone involved.

Outside of work, KayCe enjoys traveling, camping, gardening, and most importantly, spending quality time with her family.

What a fantastic time at the Tiffany Square Easter Egg Hunt! 🐣🌷

Kids were scrambling everywhere in search of colorful eggs—and a lucky few even found the coveted golden eggs filled with special treats! ✨🥚

The Easter Bunny made a special appearance for photos, adding even more smiles to the day. From laughter and excitement to plenty of candy and fun, it was a perfect celebration for families and friends.

Yesterday was Doctors’ Day, and we had the opportunity to stop by and spend a few minutes with Dr. Fruehling to personally thank him for everything he does for our residents.

For 30 years, Dr. Fruehling has served as Tiffany Square’s Medical Director, showing unwavering dedication, compassion, and commitment to the people we care for every day. His passion for our residents does not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for the role he plays in their health and well-being.

Thank you, Dr. Fruehling, for your decades of service, your kindness, and the difference you continue to make in so many lives. 💙
