We are excited to welcome Sarah Martin, RDN, CDN! Sarah is an experienced registered dietitian specializing in Mitochondiral Disease, Weight Management / GLP-1 therapy, and Functional Medicine Nutrition. With over 7 years in community practice, She is joining our functional medicine clinic on Grand Island, working alongside our partner Laura Mason, NP / owner of AnewYou.

Sarah offers targeted nutrition therapy for mitochondrial disease, including advanced micronutrient testing and interpretation of results to help pinpoint deficiencies and allow for more precise nutrient cofactor support.

We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our Outpatient Eating Disorder Services to include a multidisciplinary team at our new Williamsville location this December 2025!

We proudly welcome Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner and Endocrinologist Amanda Ode, FNP-BC, BC-ADM, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Pediatric Care Specialist Jordan Platek, LCSW, to our team.

They join our resident and experienced Registered Dietitian and Eating Disorder Specialist Kaley Dewey, MS, RDN, CDN. Our interdisciplinary care team will see patients beginning treatment for a newly diagnosed or established eating disorder, as well as those successfully stepping down from a higher level of care, such as a residential or intensive day program. Our mission is to provide coordinated and compassionate care to those struggling with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID, and other disordered eating patterns.
