Lifespan Psychiatry of Colorado Essential Safety Net Provider We meet you where you are. In-person visits are available at our office located at 2140 N. 12th St. in Delta; 300 N. Townsend Ave.

Offering evidence-based behavioral health services including psychiatry, counseling, gender affirming care (HRT), MAT, lab services, and STI testing for Coloradans of all ages--because you matter. We offer convenience and privacy to our clients via an array of appointment options including telehealth, in-office, or on-site. in Grand Junction; 555 Meeker St. in Montrose; 195A Lena St. in Ridgway; and onsite in Towaoc serving the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe. We are currently licensed to serve clients across the State of Colorado. We address your needs. Medications: We specialize in medication management for all psychiatric conditions. For clients needing long-acting injectable (LAI) medications such as Invega Sustenna, Abilify Maintena/Aristada, Haldol Decanoate, etc., we offer convenient options for your needs. Management of clozapine for treatment resistant psychosis is available by our certified prescribers. Our Grand Junction office is a certified outpatient treatment center offering Spravato (esketamine). Counseling: Psychotherapy services are available for all ages and include individual, couples, family, and therapy groups. EMDR therapy, ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and AccuWellness are among the specialized therapy options available to our patients. Case management: Offering targeted case management to assist with referral to specialists, transportation, housing, food, medical health, vision, clothing, financial, SSDI/SSI, insurance, technology needs. Restoration Education: Coming soon to our Grand Junction office. We welcome diversity. Our practice welcomes clients of diverse backgrounds. Expect an open-mind and non-judgmental approach with religion, creed, sexuality, gender, race, and nationality. We believe mental health services should be accessible and affordable. We are currently working to panel with major insurance companies and currently are able to accept the following commercial insurance companies: Aetna, All Savers, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, Colorado Access, Colorado Medicaid, First Health, Golden Rule, Humana, Kaiser Permanente, Medicare, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Select Health, Tricare, and United Healthcare (UHC/UMR). For cash pay, contact us with specific questions regarding fees but, in general, new patient appointments are $150-300 based on time/acuity, follow-up appointments are $50-150 based on time/acuity, and psychotherapy appointments are $50-100 based on time/acuity. Payment is accepted via credit card, cash, or check. We are proud to be recognized as a Essential Safety Net Provider. If you feel you cannot afford traditional psychiatric care, we offer options to those who cannot traditionally afford or access psychiatric care due to income, un-insured, undocumented.
