Greetings!

Salt, we take it in every day in some form in our diet. It goes unnoticed, most of the time. Yet this common compound was considered sacred in ancient civilizations. Over the centuries its been used to preserve food, purify environments, protect against invisible forces and even open spiritual pathways.

Edgar Cayce, one of the best known psychics of the 20th century, discussed how using salt could activate a spiritual key in the human body. Can salt help us awaken and connect to a natural intelligence that we may not otherwise tap into? Cayce, felt salt helped us to connect to higher plains as a conductor, energy stabilizer, and key to accessing powerful vibrations in our body.

It's not just ingesting salt, but the physical use of it on our body, in simple ritual, that can have profound effects on our vibrations. Sea salt, rich in natural minerals, upon contact with the skin, or when used in a bath, can harmonize the body's vibrations. It aligns our circuits that connect to our auric body. Happy Independence Day! I write to you from a wheelchair as I broke my leg running from a swarm of wasps and tripping. Kind of a bummer. It has given me a chance to reflect. It's been a busy time with moving. I am also trying to ready my home in Rifle for sale. I may have needed a "break". The Universe is an interesting teacher! Be mindful of self.
