MarillacHealth accepts Medicaid, Medicare, CICP, uninsured and some commercial insurance. A sliding scale discount program is available to anyone and is based on family income and household size. We provide a wide scope of primary health care services to all Mesa County residents regardless of income or insurance status.

🎉🎊🤩After 37 years, it is time to bid a respectful and grateful farewell to the name Marillac.

The name Marillac and the examples set by Louise de Marillac, our community, and Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth will always be the foundation on which this health center was built. Our new building will incorporate nods to this heritage of charity and kindness, constant reminders of our mission: Together, we deliver exceptional healthcare for all.

With you by our side, our organization has grown, evolved, and emerged as a thriving, freestanding, non-profit Community Health Center. Today, it is our privilege to serve over 16,000 patients in Mesa and Montrose counties and surrounding communities. As a friend and valued supporter, your passion, partnership, services, and financial gifts continue to transform lives and offer hope and health to many. Thank you.

You may be curious about how we chose the name PrimeHealth+. Starting last October, a cross-section of our board of directors, senior leaders, and employees began to explore and narrow down the possibilities. PrimeHealth+ emerged as a strong favorite. Prime health is exactly what we want to inspire, deliver, and help each patient to achieve!

Prime health is a state of optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being, where the body functions well, vitality is high, and one feels energized, balanced, and resilient. Prime health allows us to perform daily activities, recover quickly from challenges, and maintain a positive outlook.

🎉 Introducing our new name, Carina Health Network!

We’re excited to officially launch our new name following the January 1, 2025, merger of Colorado Community Managed Care Network (CCMCN) and Community Health Provider Alliance (CHPA). Together, we are now operating as Carina Health Network.

The name Carina is inspired by a guiding constellation of the keel of a ship, reflecting our role as a trusted partner to community health organizations, payers, and partners. It symbolizes our commitment to expert navigation as our statewide network charts the course in population health and value-based care for underserved communities.

We support community health organizations in delivering high-quality care while reinvesting in their programs through data, technology, and expert support.

Thank you for being part of this next chapter with us!
