There are many causes of death; breast cancer is among the worst.
This chart is about incidence of breast, and the mortality rate. While higher income countries have almost twice the incidence rate (which would be nice to understand the why of that), lower income countries have almost twice the mortality rate. A great disparity.
The world has a lot to do yet to lower the rates of both, and to provide more help to the lower income countries to lower their mortality rates through better early detection and better cancer treatment.

The World Health Organization has just released the latest worldwide statistics of the global burden of cancer. Here are five takeaways from WHO's top expert on cancer.
