🏌️‍♂️ Hey Golfers — Want to loosen up that swing? ⛳️
If your back’s tight, your hips are stif \f, or your swing just isn’t feeling smooth—assisted stretching might just be your new best friend.

Here’s why it’s worth a try, especially for golfers:
❶ Flexibility that feels... well, flexible! Assisted stretches help open up your hips, shoulders, hamstrings, and back, so your swing moves like butter. iFlex Stretch StudiosStretch CenterWelcome to Michael Davis Golf

âť· Better range = better swing. Get more rotation, more power, and better control over your shot.

❸ Fewer aches, fewer “oops” moments. Assisted stretching helps reduce tension and decreases your risk of golf-related strains or injuries.

âťą Play and recover like a pro. These sessions promote proper muscle alignment and speed up recovery, so you're back on the green feeling fresh.

❺ Mind and body in perfect harmony. Stretching isn’t just physical—it helps clear your head and dial your focus for when you tee off next.

FREE CONSULTATION, then only $60 per session—but it’s for a limited time! A small investment for a smoother swing and fewer aches.

What is Assisted Stretching?

During assisted stretching, a trained professional helps you stretch your muscles in a safe, guided way. Assisted stretching gives a deeper, more targeted stretch to improve flexibility, mobility, and posture.

Who is it for?

People who have to sit for long periods of time, gym-goers, athletes, and those with tight muscles or a limited range of motion can all benefit from assisted stretching. In short, assisted stretching is for anyone wanting to move more comfortably and feel better in their body.

What can I expect during my session?

Sessions usually last 60 minutes and are tailored to help you reach your goals. Stretch therapist Neasha Meindl has been trained in and certified as a Stretching and Flexibility Coach and is there to help you on your wellness journey. The stretching is not painful. It is designed to work within your body’s limits and promote relaxation.
