Early morning and weekend appointments are available upon special request. The Doctor's lunch hour is flexible so that she can treat you on your lunch hour if needed. Cash, check, HSA's, M/C and Visa are accepted. At this time, Discover or American Express are not accepted in this office. As a courtesy to other patients and your provider, this office has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellation

s with less than 24 hour notice may be charged in full for missed services. There is an elevator accessible through the front doors of the office building if needed.
