Winter doesn’t respond to pushing.

This season is ruled by the kidney and bladder energy pathways. They govern our reserves, our stress response, and our ability to feel safe enough to rest. When these systems are taxed, we often feel tired but wired, emotionally heavy, or like we’re carrying things that don’t quite belong to us anymore.

Winter is the season of conservation.

In the body, this often looks like deeper fatigue, slower digestion, heavier emotions, and a stronger need for rest and warmth. These aren’t problems to fix. They’re seasonal cues.

There’s a lot happening in the world right now.
Many of us are carrying more than we realize — mentally, emotionally, and in our bodies.
